Bobby Mageras, the chef and proprietor of The Black Angus Grille restaurant (formerly The Prime Rib House), arrived in Williamsburg in 1993 after an internship at the Bay Colony Club in, Naples, Flordia, and graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, the finest culinary college in the world...
